Our items are shipped by Australia Parcel Post Service or other reputable Courier Services. Items are shipped within one business day. Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive.
Buyers must provide the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the check-out page. P O Boxes cannot be delivered to. If you don’t provide a number, then delivery notification cannot be given. If delivery is not successful, the item will be transferred to the nearest Australia Post Branch or Courier Service Depot.
Please follow the instructions on the delivery card. If signature is required on delivery, please ask us before you purchase or note this on the check-out. Our standard Free Postage is “Authority to Leave”, meaning the item will be left at or near your front door.
Once the item is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email advising you of your Parcel Tracking Number and Carrier. Insurance is not included on all items unless you ask and pay.
The registered (not authority to leave) delivery charge you pay is for the courier to only attempt one delivery to the address you nominate in your order
In the case of a registered delivery, please be sure that the delivery address you provide will have someone present there during normal business hours to accept the delivery
If there is no one at the address to sign for the delivery the item will be returned to the local courier’s depot. If this occurs you will be required to pay a re-delivery fee for a second delivery or you may elect to collect the item for the nearest depot to you at no charge.
We do not make any money out of delivery charges and we are not the courier company. Once the items ship from our warehouse, please track the shipment and make sure someone is at the address to sign for it

Please provide your mobile phone number at Check-Out Payment. The courier can ensure there is someone home for your parcel.
