The Giganta 5M and 6M Bell Tents are really an exceptionally big tents – if you have a party planning, or outdoor classes for kids, or camping in a big group of friends, or even a space to perform your massages at festivals, this large tent has the space to handle it.
It can accommodate up to 3 double beds or 12 single sleeping bags comfortably and more than 25 seated adults. All the accessories for the Giganta Bell Tent are packed into a carry bag, which means no hassle to put it in the car and head off for your camping trip.
Canvas has a much longer lifespan than nylon or polyester. The Giganta is made of 285GSM cotton canvas fabric with 3000mm rainproof treated on the surface, sheet with 540GSM PVC floor. Snow-proof, waterproof, and wind-resistant to ensure you stay dry and cozy. Dry in wet weather, sturdy in the wind.
The Giganta Bell Tents have mesh on the 4 windows and one big door and the wall can roll up to create a 360 angle view for glamping camping and hiking. Get full air circulation and remain comfortable.

Our items are shipped by Australia Parcel Post Service or other reputable Courier Services. Items are shipped within one business day. Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive.
Buyers must provide the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the check-out page. P O Boxes cannot be delivered to. If you don’t provide a number, then delivery notification cannot be given. If delivery is not successful, the item will be transferred to the nearest Australia Post Branch or Courier Service Depot.
Please follow the instructions on the delivery card. If signature is required on delivery, please ask us before you purchase or note this on the check-out. Our standard Free Postage is “Authority to Leave”, meaning the item will be left at or near your front door.
Once the item is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email advising you of your Parcel Tracking Number and Carrier. Insurance is not included on all items unless you ask and pay.
Registered deliveries
The registered (not authority to leave) delivery charge you pay is for the courier to only attempt one delivery to the address you nominate in your order
In the case of a registered delivery, please be sure that the delivery address you provide will have someone present there during normal business hours to accept the delivery
If there is no one at the address to sign for the delivery the item will be returned to the local courier’s depot. If this occurs you will be required to pay a re-delivery fee for a second delivery or you may elect to collect the item for the nearest depot to you at no charge.
We do not make any money out of delivery charges and we are not the courier company. Once the items ship from our warehouse, please track the shipment and make sure someone is at the address to sign for it
Please note we have no say in what day/time your order is delivered. For any delivery enquires please contact the courier directly
IMPORTANT:
Please provide your mobile phone number at Check-Out Payment. The courier can ensure there is someone home for your parcel.
Product Damage or Malfunction or Incorrect Product
To resolve this issue kindly notify us within 7days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered.
Failure to begin the process of Product CHANGE, REFUND AND/OR RETURN of the item WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT will exempt DeluxeHomeDelight from any further action
In addition to a detailed description, please provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the product as you received it and its packing, or the damage or problem in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.
To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
Refunds generally take up to 7-10 business days to process and we will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days (remove “on top” here)or your financial institution to process it.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products have been tampered with, misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.

RETURN PROCESS
Send us an email explaining what the issue is and how you addressed it along with:
- Photos of item received (its current condition), damage and/or video of malfunctions, and original packing
- Specify replacement or return
- We will take 7-10 business days to study the documentation and then either

Contact you to arrange pick up by courier and return labels, or explain why we do not accept the return/replacement

* All items must be returned in its original packing so that undamaged “change of mind or incorrect items can be re-inventoried/re-sold
* Upon receipt of item at our warehouse, it will be inspected and further actions taken. Once a course of action has been arrived at, allow 5 business days plus courier for your replacement to arrive.
